I am getting my brother this book because he is turning 18 this month and I wish I knew at his age what I have learned from your post over the years.

I hope you mean the contest will end on Friday January 6th. :)

Book giveaway! I’m in!

Oops, yes. Thanks for catching that. Jan. 6, as in this Friday, not June 6, as in a long time from now.

oh please, oh please, oh please… your other books have helped me so much since I “found” you in 2011 :D

I hope I get one!

Although “June” is germane — this would make a great graduation gift. Please count me in.

Thanks, Liz for all your helpful information. It really has helped me alot, Thanks again!!!

This sounds like a wonderful book – would love to win!

I want this book!!! please!!!

I really enjoy your advice, would love to get this book! Please and Thank You!

I graduated college a few years ago, and have a steady job. Your words of wisdom have helped me tremendously reshape my future and manage my money better. This book will greatly help me, especially right now, because I am in the process of buying a house! Please consider me. Thanks!

Yes please!!! I would love to read your book.

My girlfriend and I could most definitely use this book. *fingers crossed*

would love to get this book

My wife and I just tried to refi…unfortunately the 100 point discrepancy in our credit score ran interference. We spent a four hour car ride making calls to credit card companies requesting adjustments, corrections, and account closeouts only to have the lower score drop by six points! We would enjoy and benefit from your book!

I’d love to have this book. I follow all your articles on FB and they’re so helpful. I’m 47 and I’m married for the 3rd time. In my first two marriages, I didn’t have any part in managing the finances. I had no idea what expenses were and how much money went where. This time around I am the one handling the finances. I bought a house in 2009 and remarried. I’m learning as I go and I feel like I’ve got a fair handle on the finances, but could be doing a little better; especially in the area of understanding how credit works and paying down credit debt. Thanks for all the free advice you post!

I would love a copy to read!

I would love to get a copy of your book. I have always found your advice to be very helpful and useful. Thanks!

Would love a copy. Thanks

I can’t find the free kindle download for this book. I would sure like to win one though.

Longtime fan of your articles on MSN and, now, loving the Facebook page and blog. I’d be excited to have your book! Just re-fid for a GREAT rate after only being in two years on a mortgage. Our score is SO close to being great – I’ll take any help to get there!

I hope I win. I have most of your other books, they are a great source of information.

I really need to win this book and get my cs back up! I’ve helped too many others the past 2yrs and really got burned!

I will no longer a debt slave. I need this book ! I want this book. All help will be appreciated.

Could use the updated info!

I would appreciate getting a free copy of your book. Thanks for the offer.

This is my year for finance and this book would be great!!!!!!!!!!!

I would love to read it!

I totally need this book. As a single mother, I know that a credit score is important to take care of. Unfortunately for me, due to some unforeseen circumstances, mine could use a little help, hence needing the book :) BTW, I enjoy reading your articles, thanks for posting them! You often have good advice for me

My fiancé and I would really appreciate a copy of your new book. Personally my credit score has gone from 500 something to 803 and now back down to 680. I have no idea what’s going on. We both have a few credit cards and I just don’t know if/what I should close or keep balances on them or what! I have lots of cash and when I did your debt to cash ratio (sorry, I don’t recall what’s the official title is now but I have it bookmarked on my laptop), I realized I was spending only about 20% on myself that you say I could be spending. Yay! But I don’t really know what I should do with the rest of the money.

Would love a copy. Thanks

I love your articles and would really love to win your book!

I’m 22 years old and I could really use this book to fix my credit score as I’ve made many bad mistakes with my credit in the past and this would be a great resource to getting things back on track. Love you blog Liz

I’m retired now and a really good credit score is as important as ever. I too have been following your articles for many years and have found them very helpful. I’ve often sent links to family members who would also benefit from them. Yes, of course, I’d like to read this book. Keep up the great work!

Hi Liz,

Your site has been helpful. I’m sure your book is helpful, too.

Happy New Year!

Thanks for your sound financial guidance even though the advice is tough to hear sometimes!

I understand how important it is to have a great credit score and could really use this book. Hope I am one of the lucky winners!

Great idea! I’d like of free copy of your last book also.

Your books (and I have all of them I do believe!) are the best advice out there. Fact filled usable information to help everyone understand how finances work and how to get ahead in these trying times with a tough economy. Keep writing these books Liz and we will keep buying them and improving our lives.

So enjoy all of your advice – would love to get a book to read with my husband. Thanks you for so much good information and help!

I would love this book to give to my college student son!

Hot topic – we’re all trying to figure out what’s happening in the banking/credit markets these days!
Thanks for spreading the info.

Awesome, what a great book this would be. Working hard on our finances…. Her’s to a great 2012.

I have read Liz Weston’s column for years in the LA Times. When I open the business section on Sunday Ms Weston’s column is the first thing I read. She is always current, insightful, and up to date on her personal finace information.

I would love a copy of this book!

Love your site. Thanks Liz!

One of my goals for 2012 is to take an active role in improving my credit score. My husband and I have been looking to buy our first home, but my credit history is raining on our parade. I really need your advice and help! Thanks..
