		<description>I like the Amex/Costco card.  As long as you enjoy shopping at Costo, I think this card has the best overall rewards especially considering the cheap Costco gas prices.</description>

Another great thing about the Cap One No Hassle Cash Rewards (actually all Cap One cards) is that it has no currency conversion fee.  For those who travel overseas and want a no-annual fee card to take with them, there isn&#039;t a better way to save 3 percent.</description>
