I am a public servant and I plan to be around when my time comes to get my student loans forgiven. Maybe by that time the program will be outdated but until then, i plan to collect every piece of information there is on it. I also plan to take advantage of the 10K that the government will pay every year up to six years for a total of 60K. At this point, I will take whatever repayment options are avaialable. It beats paying the loans back out of my own pocket, especially if I don't have to!
