		<description>That&#039;s good advice.  They would need to look at the discount brokerages that have no-transaction-fee funds, as well as no maintenance fees.  Charles Schwab and Scottrade are good choices there.  Sogotrade is cheap with costs to invest in ETFs, but it looks like this person is just looking for a good place to stash retirement funds, so the first two choices should be better.</description>
