		<description>Thanks, Frank. I don&#039;t think unions necessarily would address the issue of wage stagnation in the middle and lower wage brackets. What&#039;s really needed is education/retraining, but the resources have to be available and people have to be willing to do it. And I totally agree about the car repairs thing--of course, I&#039;ve run into people who seem surprised that Christmas comes every year, too.</description>

I also like that you addressed car repairs as a non-emergency. That is something that you should expect to happen every once in awhile. It drives me crazy when people think of that as something that just came out of the blue.
